I'm Pol Llorach Garcia, a finance director and consultant based in Barcelona. I help teams turn financial complexity into clear decisions, whether that's planning a fundraise, restructuring a P&L or building the controlling layer a growing company needs.

I've worked across corporate finance, FP&A and operations, with a particular interest in how disciplined finance can accelerate growth in ambitious businesses and collaborating with operations teams and founders to help them making better informed decisions.

Outside of finance, I write occasionally, advise a small number of founders, and put my name to projects I genuinely believe in.
